Looking for Analysts
In the long running USA TV series “Friends” no-one was quite sure what the character Chandler actually did for a living. Turns out he was a data analyst. At Roscom we can’t promise our analysts will get to live in New York or marry Ross’ sister but we do have plenty of other benefits on offer including overseas travel. We’re currently looking to take on new team members. Interested?
So, you’re keen on analytics and are looking for a new role? We may have the job for you.
Roscom’s team of skilled analysts are passionate and inquisitive with exceptional analytical ability to interpret complex data sets to analyse data and produce reports on their findings, ensuring we exceed our customers’ expectations and service level agreements.
You’ll need to generate high quality, timely and accurate internal and external reports and documents and be happy to fully engage with our customers both face to face or on a conference call to truly understand their needs and become an integrated extension of our customers own Revenue Assurance teams. It would also help if you understand the telecoms industry and terminology but that isn’t essential as you will be given full and on-ongoing training and support from our in-house training team.
You will be an organised, dynamic self-starter able to work off your own initiative with excellent diagnostic skills. A positive approach and professional awareness are essential in any job but particularly when you are part of our team working with and supporting our customers.
What we will give you in return is a package which we believe supports a work/life balance. We provide free onsite car parking but are also only a few minutes walk from the mainline train station in Derby and bus services too – yet close enough to the city centre if, like Jennifer Aniston’s character Rachel, you love to shop.
We also provide at least one of your five a day with a healthy fruit bowl, free eyecare vouchers and a subsidised AA membership. Our salaries match and exceed those of the East Midlands region. We continuously invest in our team, always looking to promote from within with clear progression opportunities and personal development support and training for when you want to progress or move into another role within the company.
We are a family owned firm with family values and believe in giving back to the community which is why we’re offering staff two paid days where they can volunteer for a charity of their choice. It could be anything from helping out at a hospice or taking part in walking a dog for a local rescue centre or working in a charity shop.
For those of you who love to travel we do have plenty of clients across the world so if you’re interested the opportunities are there. Most of all though we want friendly and approachable team mates who thrive on analysis, data and diagnostics. If you believe this is the right role for you then get in touch.
